24 hours is required for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Less than 24 hours notice for canceling/rescheduling will be billed the full amount of the appointment. No shows will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

If an emergency arises, please let us know as soon as possible. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergency, etc.) and exceptions may be made to the above policy on those occasions.
